NAGBABALA ang transport groups ng serye ng mga kilos protesta simula ngayong Agosto hanggang sa Setyembre.
Ito’y upang ipakita ang kanilang pagkadismaya sa desisyon ni Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos Jr. na ituloy ang implementasyon ng Public Transport Modernization Program (PTMP), sa kabila ng panawagan ng senado na suspindihin ang programa.
Samantala, sinabi ni Manibela Chairman Mar Valbuena na tututok ang kanilang tatlong araw na transport strike na nagsimula ngayong miyerkules hanggang sa Biyernes, sa labing isang “Protest Centers” sa Metro Manila.
Kinabibilangan aniya ito ng Caloocan, Las Pinas, Maynila, Marikina, Muntinlupa, Paranaque, Pasig, at Quezon City.
