IPINAG-utos ng Department of Budget and Management (DBM) ang paglalabas ng 21 billion pesos na Tobacco Excise Taxes sa Local Government Units (LGUs) ng Tobacco-Producing Provinces.
Ang alokasyon ay ibinase sa Actual 2023 Collections na sinertipikahan ng Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) para sa Shares ng LGUs.
