Ang bagong patrol boats ay donasyon ng Canadian Embassy at Non-Government Organization na Wildaid and Rare, para sa mga miyembro ng Pacific Area Alliance of Local Governments for Marine Resources Development (PALMDEV) sa Southern Leyte.
