Ang naturang pulong na isinagawa sa kapitolyo ay pinangunahan ni Samar Governor Sharee Ann Tan, kung saan tinalakay niya sa mga kinatawan ng Alinea International, Global Affairs Canada, at National Resilience Council, ang partnership ng mga ahensya at ng Provincial Government na mahalaga sa Climate and Disaster Risk Resilience (P4CDRR) Project.
