Magbibigay ng isang buwang moratorium ang National Housing Authority (NHA) sa amortization at lease payments sa mga pabahay nito sa buong bansa para makabawas sa problema ng mga residenteng nakaranas ng pagbaha dulot ng mga bagyo at Habagat.
Ayon kay NHA General Manager Joeben Tai, sa ilalim ng Memorandum Circular No. 2025-141 inaprubahan ang one-month payment moratorium para sa mga housing beneficiaries ng NHA.
