Kinumpirma ni Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin Remulla na nagsumite na ang DOJ ng kanilang komento sa petitions for habeas corpus na inihain nina Davao City 1st District Rep. Paolo Duterte, Davao City Mayor Sebastian Duterte, at Veronica “Kitty” Duterte.
