NILAGDAAN ni Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin Remulla ang Immigration Lookout Bulletin Order (ILBO) na hiniling ng Independent Commission on Infrastructure (ICI) laban sa ilang mambabatas, contractors, at mga opisyal na sangkot sa maanomalyang Flood Control Projects.
Nilagdaan ni Remulla ang Request ng ICI sa huling araw niya bilang kalihim ng Department of Justice (DOJ), kahapon, bago nanumpa bilang bagong ombudsman.
