Ayon sa Tacloban City Police Office iniulat sa kanila ng isang mangingisda ang pagkakadiskubre sa bangkay ng babae na walang saplot, nakagapos ang kamay at paa at may takip na itim na tela ang mukha na binalutan pa ng duct tape.
