Oct. 16, special non working day sa Calbayog City bilang pagdiriwang sa Charter Day Anniversary ng lungsod

Deklaradong special non working day ang October 16, 2023 sa Calbayog City, Samar. 

Batay sa Republic Act No. 11184, ang nasabing petsa ay idinedeklarang special non working day sa lungsod taun-taon bilang paggunita sa Charter Day Anniversary nito. 

Ang pagdiriwang ay tinatawag na Calbayog City Charter Day.

Ang nasabing batas ay inaprubahan ni dating Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte noong taong 2019.
