Sinabi ni COMELEC Eastern Visayas Legal Officer Ma. Krishna Athena Elardo na bagaman pinapayagan ang Barangay at SK Officials na mag-endorso ng mga kandidato, mahigpit naman silang pinagbabawalan na gamitin ang government funds, manpower at iba pang state resources para sa political purposes.
