Suportado ng mga munisipalidad ng Samar ang bagong proyekto ng WESADEF at Save the Children Philippines Foundation ang AADVOICE o Advancing Adolescents’ Voice for Violence-free, Inclusive and Safer Family and Community Environment for Samar and Leyte.
Ang PAAMBITAY: A Partnership Agreement ay ginanap noong September 13, 2023 sa Red Iron Hotel na dinaluhan ng mga stakeholders mula sa Munisipalidad ng Pagsanghan, Gandara, Matuguinao at San Jorge para sa Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing at official launching ng proyekto.
Kasama sa mga stakeholders ang municipal mayors, SB members on health, SK Federation presidents, Department Of Health, Gandara District Hospital, Municipal Social Welfare and Development Offices, Rural Health Units (RHUs), Department of Education, Civil Society Organizations at youth organizations.
Present naman ang mga Chief of Police ng apat na munisipalidad, Save the Children Philippines Foundation representative at WESADEF President pati na rin ang Board of Trustees.
Ang ADDVOICE ay naglalayong matugunan ang sumisipang kaso ng teenage pregnancy at suicide sa rehiyon sa pamamagitan ng de-kalidad na mga serbisyo at programa at mas abot-kamay na impormasyon ukol sa gender-sensitivity, rights and protection ng mga kabataan.
