Ayon kay MWSS-RO Chief Regulator Patrick Ty, babayaran ng Maynilad ang penalty sa pamamagitan ng rebates sa kabuuang 3,841 Water Customers sa mga apektadong lugar sa nabanggit na lungsod.

Sinabi ni Ty na bawat customer mula sa barangay 63 hanggang 76 ay makatatanggap ng rebate na 530 pesos and 69 centavos simula sa susunod na buwan.
