Target ng Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) na maabot ang 5 percent growth sa 2023 Merchandise and Service Exports.
Mas mataas ito kumpara sa projections ng Development Budget Coordination Committee (DBCC).
Sinabi ng DTI na kumpiyansa sila na maaabot ang 5% na paglago sa total exports mula sa DBCC target na 1% para sa goods at 6% para sa services.
Gayunman, aminado ang ahensya na mahirap maabot ang targets na itinakda ng Philippine Export Development Plan (PEDP) 2023-2028, na tinaya ang total exports sa 126.8 billion dollars ngayong 2023.
