BINALAAN ni Transportation Secretary Jaime Bautista ang senado ng “unintended consequences” kapag sinuspinde ng pamahalaan ang implementasyon ng Public Utility Vehicle Modernization Program (PUVMP), na tinatawag ngayong Public Transport Modernization Program (PTMP).
Ito ang nakasaad sa liham ni Bautista kay Senate President Francis “Chiz” Escudero, anim na araw matapos ipanukala ng pangulo ng senado, ang paghahain ng resolusyon na nananawagan na pansamantalang suspindihin ang PUVMP Rollout.
