SINAMPAHAN ng criminal at graft complaints ng mga kaalyado ni dating Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte si speaker Romualdez at limang iba pa bunsod ng umano’y bilyon-bilyong pisong insertions sa 2025 national budget.
Inihain sa office of the ombudsman nina dating speaker Pantaleon Alvarez, Pdp-Laban Senatorial bet Atty. Jimmy Bondoc, Atty. Ferdinand Topacio, citizens crime watch President Diego magpantay, at Atty. Virgilio Garcia ang tig-12 counts ng falsification of legislative documents at graft laban sa mga respondent.
Inakusahan ng mga complainant sina Romualdez, house majority leader Manuel Jose “Mannix” Dalipe, dating house appropriations committee Chairperson Zaldy co, acting house appropriations panel Chairperson Stella Quimbo, at isang John Doe at isang Jane Doe, na sangkot sa 241 billion pesos na halaga ng insertions sa 6.325-trillion peso 2025 national budget.
Pinagbasehan ng respondents ang umano’y mga blangkong items sa bicameral conference committee report sa 2025 budget.
