Pansamantalang ititigil ng Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) ang pagbibigay o pag-iisyu ng Guarantee Letter (GL) sa ilalim ng Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situation (AICS) Program sa lahat ng opisina ng ahensya sa buong bansa.
Ayon sa abiso ng DSWD, simula sa Dec. 14, 2024 hindi muna mag-iisyu ang ahensya ng GL.
