MATAGUMPAY na inilunsad sa lalawigan ng Samar ang huling yugto ng Bagong Pilipinas Serbisyo Fair (BPSF), noong biyernes hanggang sabado.
Isinagawa ang aktibidad sa Northwest Samar State University sa Calbayog City, kung saan umabot sa 700 million pesos ang halaga ng mga programa, serbisyo, at tulong pinansyal ang ipinamahagi sa may animnapung libong mga benepisyaryo.

Nagsimula ang programa noong biyernes sa pamamagitan ng ceremonial turnover ng labinsiyam na programa ng labing apat na ahensya ng gobyerno habang nagtapos ang event noong sabado sa pamamagitan ng “Pagkakaisa Concert” sa Calbayog City Coastal Road na dinaluhan ng libo-libong katao. Bilang pagdiriwang sa diwa ng pagkakaisa na pinapalaganap ng BPSF.
