Ang operasyon ay ikinasa ng mga ahente ng CIIS-Manila International Container Port (CIIS-MICP) kung saan natuklasan ang 717 mastercases ng iba’t ibang brand ng sigarilyo sa loob ng sinalakay na warehouse at ang anim na mga truck na punung-puno din ngsigarilyo.
