ISINUSULONG ng Provincial Government ng Northern Samar ang mass production ng instant champorado para matulungan ang mga komunidad tuwing may emergencies o mga sakuna.
Kamakailan ay lumagda ang Provincial Government ng Memorandum of Understanding, kasama ang Eastern Visayas Food Innovation Center (EVFIC), Department of Science and Technology (DOST) Regional Office at Eastern Visayas State University (EVSU).
