Umakyat na sa apatnaraan limampu’t walo ang mga barangay na apektado ng African Swine Fever (ASF), o katumbas ng 82 percent na paglobo kumpara sa naitala ng Bureau of Animal Industry (BAI) nang pumasok ang buwan ng Agosto.
Sa latest bulletin, as of Aug. 21, ang naitalang 458 barangays na mayroong active ASF cases ay mula sa tatlumpu’t dalawang lalawigan sa labinlimang rehiyon sa bansa.
