Sinabi ni Justice Spokesperson Mico Clavano, na mayroong gagawin ang ahensya kaugnay ng notarial authority ni Atty. Elmer Galicia, dahil posibleng na-misuse o inabuso nito ang kapangyarihan bilang notary public.
