Nakatakda nang ilabas ng Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) ang bagong polymer currency series.

Ito ay kasunod ng paglalabas sa sirkulasyon ng modern-looking na P1,000 bills noong Apr. 2022.

Ayon sa BSP, ilalabas ang mga bagong polymer banknote series sa unang quarter ng taon.

Ang polymer-based money bills ay mayroong mas malakas na feature panlaban sa pekeng pera.
