Sinabi ni Agriculture Secretary Francisco Tiu Laurel na ang mga team ang maglalatag at magsasapinal ng feasibility studies ng priority infrastructure projects ng ahensya.
Itinalaga ni Laurel si Agriculture Undersecretary for Special Concerns and for Official Development Assistance Jerome Oliveros bilang chairperson ng lahat ng tatlong project-preparation teams.
Kabilang sa kanilang babalangkasin ang para sa proposed post-harvest program sa bigas at mais, solar-powered cold storages at proposed solar-powered irrigation systems.
