AABOT sa 11,592 na mga batang hirap makabasa, mga magulang at mahihirap na college students sa Eastern Visayas ang nakinabang mula sa Expanded Tara, Basa! Tutoring Program ng Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) ngayong taon.
Sinabi ng DSWD na sinuportahan ng programa ang 1,512 college students na nagsilbing tutors at Youth Development Workers, 5,040 struggling readers, at 5,040 parents at guardians.
