Claire Castro na ang bollards na nabigong pigilan ang pag-araro ng SUV sa mga tao sa labas ng Terminal 1, ay inilagay noong 2019 sa ilalim ng administrasyon ni Dating Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte at sa ilalim ng liderato ni noo’y Transportation Secretary Arthur Tugade.
