Ayon sa Department of Health (DOH) Eastern Visayas, ang kauna-unahang river ambulance sa Maslog ay opisyal na itinurn-over noong nakaraang linggo.

Sinabi ng DOH Regional Office na ang naturang innovative at essential equipment ay magiging mahalagang pasilidad para sa mabilis na hospital referral at agarang medical services sa mga residente ng Maslog.
Ang ambulansya ay mayroong stretcher, automatic external defibrillator, nebulizer, portable suction machines, oxygen cylinder at iba pang medical equipment at accessories.
