Ang nasabing mobile app ay dating hindi available para sa mga user ng Android na may Android 14 operating system dahil sa mga isyu sa compatibility.

Ang GSIS Touch ay magagamit ng GSIS members sa pag-access sa iba’t ibang mga serbisyo tulad ng mga aplikasyon ng pautang, claims, at benefit status ng mga benepisyo nang direkta mula sa kanilang mga mobile device.
