Ayon sa isang DPWH regional official na tumangging magpabanggit ng pangalan, bukas sila sa mungkahi na payagan ang one-way traffic sa kahabaan ng San Juanico Bridge tuwing non-peak hours, o matapos ang alas diyes ng umaga at bago mag alas tres ng hapon, at sa hatinggabi.
