Sa ilalim ng Executive Order No. 10 iniutos ni Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte ang class suspension dahil sa inaasahang pagpapatupad ng road closures para sa SONA na maaaring makaapekto sa mga motorista at mga pasahero.
