Ang kaso ay may kaugnayan sa umano ay 92.8 million pesos na halaga ng ghost flood control project sa Pandi, Bulacan.

Nag-isyu din ang korte ng Hold Departure Order laban kay Revilla at iba pang akusado.
Kapwa akusado ni Revilla sa nasabing kaso ang mga dating DPWH officials na sina Brice Hernandez, Jaypee Mendoza, Arjay Domasig Emelita Juat, Juanito Mendoza at Christina Pineda.
