Iimbestigahan ng Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) ang insidente na nangyari sa mga GCash users noong weekend kung saan marami ang nagreklamo na nawalan sila ng pera sa kanilang e-wallet.
Inatasan din ng BSP, ang G-Xchange Inc. na operator ng GCash na agad resolbahin ang mga unauthorized deductions sa account ng mga users.
