Mula sa napagsilbihang 1,981 struggling learners noong nakaraang taon, itinaas ito sa 5,040 non-readers sa Samar at sa mga lungsod ng Tacloban at Ormoc.

Iniakyat naman sa 1,508 ang bilang ng mga tutor ngayong taon mula sa 375 noong nakaraang taon.
Mahigit limanlibong mga magulang din ang lalahok sa programa ngayong 2025 mula sa 1,977 noong 2024.
