NAG-deploy ng mahigit 1,000 na tauhan ang Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) para tumulong sa pagtitiyak ng seguridad sa kapistahan ng Black Nazarene.
Inatasan ni PCG Commandant, Admiral Ronnie Gil Gavan ang Coast Guard District National Capital Region – Central Luzon (CGDNCR-CL) na mag-deploy ng 1,100 personnel para tumulong sa Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), Philippine National Police (PNP) at sa Manila LGU sa pagsiguro ng seguridad sa gaganaping Traslacion 2025.
Ayon kay Gavan, aasiste ang PCG sa pagsiguro ng kaligtasan ng publiko laban sa mga banta ng terorismo, stampedes, insidente ng sunog, at natural disasters.
Tatagal hanggang Jan. 10, 2025 ang deployment ng mga tauhan ng PCG na kinabibilangan ng K9 teams, Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) units, Special Operations Groups (SOGs), Civil Disturbance Management (CDM) teams, at Deployable Response Groups (DRGs).
