Ayon sa abiso ng Office of the Civil Defense (OCD), ang rocket launch ay orihinal na itinakda noong Jan. 25 pero binago ang schedule sa araw na ito.
Ang launch window ay sa pagitan ng 9:22 a.m. at 10:16 a.m.
Bilang paghahanda inilabas ng OCD ang detalye ng tatlong drop zone kung saan inaasahang babagsak ang mga bahagi ng rocket.
