Ginawa ni Martires ang paglilinaw nang tanungin sa naging statement ni Justice Undersecretary Jesse Andres na hindi immune from suit si Duterte at maari itong kasuhan ng anumang criminal at administrative case, at saklaw ito ng kapangyarihan ng Ombudsman.
Tinawag ni Martires na misleading ang statement ni Andres, at disinformation sa publiko, dahil ang tinuran ng bise presidente ay private in character at personal kaya wala silang hurisdiksyon dito.
