Motion to impeach laban sa Acting President, inihain ng oposisyon sa South Korea

NAGHAIN ang oposisyon sa South Korea ng impeachment motion laban kay Acting President Han Duck-Soo, matapos itong tumanggi na mag-appoint ng constitutional court judges upang makumpleto ang proseso ng pagpapatalsik sa kanyang predecessor.

Dumanas ng political crisis ang South Korea matapos mag-deklara ng panandaliang martial law ang ngayo’y suspendidong Presidente na si Yoon Suk Yeol.

Sa ngayon ay kulang pa ng tatlong hukom para makumpleto ang proseso, na tinanggihan namang punan ni Han, kaya nagkaroon ng deadlock.

Sinabi ni MP Park Sung-Joon sa National Assembly na naghain sila ng mosyon sa plenary session kahapon.

Binigyang diin naman ni Democratic Party Floor Leader Park Chan-Dae na ang pagtanggi ni Han na pormal na magtalaga ng tatlong judges ay patunay na wala itong kakayahan o kagustuhan na pagtibayin ang konstitusyon.
