ILANG araw bago mag-pasko tumambad sa MMDA ang tambak na mga basura sa ilang pumping stations sa Metro Manila.
Nabahala naman ang MMDA sa sitwasyong ito ng mga pumping stations at sinabing hindi ito maituturing na bahagi ng Christmas spirit.
