Sa June 26 to July 1 tugon ng masa survey na nilahukan ng 1,200 respondents, 83% ang sumagot ng “yes” habang 12% ang sumagot ng “no” at 5% ang nagsabing hindi sapat ang kanilang nalalaman para magbigay ng opinyon.
