PATAY ang kasalukuyang alkalde ng bayan ng Rizal sa lalawigan ng Cagayan matapos barilin habang nasa campaign rally Miyerkules (Apr. 23) ng gabi.

Naisugod pa ang biktimang si Mayor Atty. Joel Ruma sa Tuao District Hospital subalit binawian din ng buhay habang nilalapatan ng lunas.
