INAASAHAN ng Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) na madaragdagan ang mga mahuhuling tuna at high-value fish sa Northern Samar, kasunod ng pamamahagi ng 42.7 million pesos na halaga ng fishing boats sa local fisherfolk associations.
Sa statement, sinabi ng BFAR na kamakailan lang ay tumanggap ang mga benepisyaryo ng 62-foot Fiberglass-Reinforced Plastic (FRP) handline fishing boats, na may kasamang mother boats, small motorized auxiliary catcher boats, at fishing gear.
