Kinilala ang suspek na si alyas “Hulyo,” construction worker at residente ng Brgy. Dagum, Calbayog City.
Siya ay inaresto sa flagrante delicto ng warehouse-in-charge, na kumakatawan sa may-ari ng warehouse.
Lumalabas sa inisyal na imbestigasyon na nakita ang suspek na may bitbit na sako na naglalaman ng iba’t ibang kagamitan sa kuryente nang walang pahintulot ng may-ari.
Nang harapin, inamin niya ang kanyang ginawa, na nag-udyok sa kanyang agarang pag-aresto at pag-turnover sa pulisya.
Narekober mula sa suspek ang ilang gamit kabilang ang window-type air conditioner, electric meter, circuit breakers, switch, outlet, lighting materials, metal bars, at iba pang electrical supplies.
