MAS maghihigpit ang San Juan City Government sa idaraos na Wattah Wattah Festival sa lungsod sa June 24.
Noong nakaraang taon kasi ay nag-viral ang pambabasa ng mga residente sa mga dumaraang motorista, partikular ang insidenteng kinasangkutan ng binansagang si “Boy Dila”.

Ayon kay San Juan City Mayor Francis Zamora sa bisa ng City Ordinance No. 14 Series of 2025, itinakda ang “Basaan Zone” kung saan tanging sa Pinaglabanan Street lamang sa pagitan ng N. Domingo at P. Guevarra Streets at sa Pinaglabanan Shrine pwedeng gawin ang basaan.
Ang oras ng basaan ay mula 7:00 ng umaga hanggang 2:00 ng hapon lamang.
Iiral din ang Liquor Ban sa lungsod simula 12:01am hanggang 2:00pm ng June 24 kung saan bawal ang pagbili, pagbenta at pag-inom ng alak.
