GAGAWING moderno ng Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) ang kanilang scholarship fund distribution sa libo-libong student beneficiaries sa Leyte, sa pamamagitan ng pakikipag-partner sa Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP).
Ayon kay TESDA Leyte Director Enrico Banario, ang hakbang ay paglilipat ng disbursement ng training support fund ng mga scholar sa ilalim ng Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act (UAQTEA) sa automated teller machines at e-wallet system mula sa manual checks.
