UMAKYAT sa 2,500 ang bullying cases sa mga paaralan sa Metro Manila sa academic year 2025-2025 mula sa 2,268 na naitala sa nakalipas na school year, ayon sa Department of Education (DepEd).
Upang matugunan ang nakaaalarmang pagtaas ng insidente ng pambu-bully sa mga eskwelahan, sinabi ng DepEd na nagsagawa sila ng “pinakamalaking” executive committee meeting, upang pagsama-samahin ang concerned government agencies, civil society organizations, at academic experts.
