Isinampa ang reklamo sa Office of the City Prosecutor of Quezon City.

Ayon sa GMA, ang reklamo ay bunsod ng kabiguan ng TAPE na i-remit ang kinita mula sa mga advertisers na base sa kontrata ay naka-assign dapat sa GMA Network batay sa 2023 Assignment Agreement.
