Inanunsyo ng DSWD Regional Office sa Tacloban City na lumagda sila ng Supplemental Memorandum of Understanding, kasama ang Department of Economy, Planning and Development, Commission on Higher Education, Department of Labor and Employment, Bureau of Jail Management and Penology, at Department of Environment and Natural Resources.
