Sa pagtatapos ng tatlong araw na Liga ng mga Barangay (LNB) Eastern Visayas Regional Congress 2026, kahapon, binigyang-diin ng DILG-8 ang pagpapalakas sa grassroots disaster governance at ang epektibong pagtugon sa emergencies sa mga komunidad.
