Ang apat na programa ay kinabibilangan ng Bawat Bata Makababasa Program (BBMP), Literacy Remediation Program (LRP), Summer Academic Remedial Program, at Learning Camp (LC).

Nanawagan si Education Secretary Sonny Angara sa stakeholders na makiisa sa kanilang misyon, dahil bawat batang Pilipino ay may karapatang matutong bumasa, makaunawa, at magtagumpay.
