Datu Odin Sinsuat, isasailalim sa kontrol ng COMELEC

ISASAILALIM sa kontrol ng COMELEC ang bayan ng Datu Odin Sinsuat sa Maguindanao Del Norte kasunod ng pamamaslang sa isang election officer.

Ginawa ni COMELEC Chairman George Garcia ang pahayag matapos ibasura ng En Banc ang rekomendasyon na isailalim ang buong lalawigan sa kontrol ng poll body, sa gitna ng naiulat na karahasan sa lugar.

ALSO READ:

Sinabi ni Garcia na dahil hindi nailagay ang buong Maguindanao Del Norte sa kanilang kontrol, tututukan nila ang Datu Odin Sinsuat.

Idinagdag ng poll chief na isinasapinal na ng COMELEC En Banc ang mga panuntunan na tutukoy sa mga implikasyon kung ang isang lugar ay nakasailalim sa kontrol ng COMELEC.
