Cebu City isinailalim sa State of Calamity dahil sa gumuhong landfill; death toll, umakyat na sa 13

NAGDEKLARA ng State of Calamity sa Cebu City matapos ang trahedya sa gumuhong landfill sa Barangay Binaliw.

Sa resolusyon ng City Council, inaprubahan ang pagpapalabas ng 30 million pesos na Disaster Fund ng lungsod para matugunan din ang pagkaantala ng serbisyo sa garbage disposal.
